INCOME TAX
We file Income Tax returns of Individuals, Partnership Firms, LLPs, Companies, Trusts
INCOME TAX RETURNS
We have advances software of filing Income Tax Returns. The software can get the data from well-known software Tally, directly and prepare the return.
TDS RETURNS
We also prepare TDS returns of our clients, which covers Computations, Payments and Quarterly Return filing of the clients. We also educate the staff or personals of the clients in respect of the incidence of the TDS compliance, as to when they are supposed to make TDS deductions, how to communicate the details for TDS returns , way of making TDS payments etc. We also help reduce the TDS rates by applying U/s. 197. We also have a good mechanism of revising the TDS as well as the Income Tax returns due to modification of the details.
TAX PLANNING
We also help our clients in planning taxation and save them to optimum. The tax provisions are available for either saving tax or take benefits in various ways. The relevant staff is prepared for supporting the client’s needs and queries.
NRI & DTAA
We also deal in NRI and DTAA taxation. The Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements are made between India and various countries. At the time of planning and returns filing the due care has to be taken.
GST
We have advanced GST filing software, which are being handled by Registered Tax Practitioners on board. We give monthly reminding calls for receiving data, payment of taxes and return filing due dates. We have a good follow up with GST department, in Pune and Mumbai. This helps us to ensure completion of assessments and problem solving.
COMPANY AND TAX AUDITS
The Company audits are handled by the staff members to undertake the various jobs categorised as Vouching, Run various software Audit Tools to verify the reliability of the accounts, Accounts Scrutiny, Law Compliance Verification (Company Law, Income Tax Act, PF, ESIC). Finalisation and Preparation of Audit Reports, support in cross verification with respect to documentation, Audit Evidence, Predatory Analysis of Final Accounts for Scrutiny Assessment.
We also have good software background to help processing of the digital data to support the Audit process, transparent data flow, answering queries which may be raised by the taxation authorities, and after audit support to clients and us. We have softwares for preparing Audit reports and annexure. These softwares have error validation facilities, which can trap almost all the errors.
ACCOUNTS
We have accounting systems in place, and our staff to help you complete the accounts in all respects. This covers from sending of our staff to your premises to complete the accounts in our office. Our staff may come to your premises at a decided frequency and update the accounts.
The volume and turnover of the client is a deciding factor to take a call as to whether the in-house staff is preferred or our staff should do the accounts at our end or at client's office.
The need based decision is preferred by the clients and us with proper understanding.
